⚠️ Critical Information - Please Read Carefully

Ramestta and RamaPay operate on a self-custody model. This means you, and only you, have control over your digital assets. With this control comes significant responsibility.

You acknowledge and agree that:

No Key Access

We do not custody, control, or have access to your private keys or funds under any circumstances.

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for securing your private keys and seed phrases. Store them offline in a safe location.

Permanent Loss Risk

Loss of private keys or seed phrases will result in permanent and irreversible loss of your digital assets.

Irreversible Transactions

All transactions on the blockchain are final and cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded.

No Recovery

We cannot recover lost private keys, reset passwords for your wallet, or reverse transactions on your behalf.

Using the Ramestta blockchain network requires payment of transaction fees (commonly known as "gas fees"). These fees compensate validators for processing and securing transactions.

Low Gas Fees

Ramestta offers ultra-low transaction fees ranging from $0.0002 - $0.001 per transaction.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring sufficient RAMA tokens in your wallet to cover gas fees for transactions.

  • Gas fees are determined by network congestion and transaction complexity
  • We do not control or receive gas fees - they go directly to network validators
  • Failed transactions may still consume gas fees
  • We reserve the right to adjust any platform-specific fee structures with reasonable notice
